Functions of the Instagram service are integrated, offered by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We are jointly responsible for data collection on this site with Meta (Art. 26 GDPR). Usage is based on consent. Meta is certified under the DPF.
6. Plugins and Tools
YouTube with Enhanced Privacy
We embed YouTube videos in "enhanced privacy mode." According to YouTube, no cookies are set in this mode; instead, local storage elements are used. Usage is in the interest of an appealing presentation and constitutes a legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or is based on consent if requested. Google is DPF certified.
hCaptcha
We use hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc., USA) to check if data entry is by a human or bot. It analyzes behavior (IP address, time spent, mouse movements). The analysis runs in the background. Processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR to protect against spam and spying. The provider is DPF certified.
