Specialist Cup 2 with $1,000 prizepool announced

Just a week ago, the the Specialist Cup 2 by Xardas was officially announced. After a successful first edition, it is now time for a second one.
The specialist cup is no ordinary tournament: Every player can register for 1 of 4 categories, which will define the map type of which the games are played on. Each division will have it's own share of the prizepool (1/4th respectively).
Division Overview
| Division | Description |
|---|---|
| Continental | Land Maps, little to no water, open in general approach |
| Stronghold | Closed Maps, fully or close to fully walled |
| Thalassocracy | Hybrid & water maps, requiring water play in some way |
| Nomad | Maps starting without a town center |
All of the games are played out in a Play All 3 Round-Robin format. The amount of groups in every division depends on the total amount of participants.

Registrations are open until the 13th May, so in case you are interested in playing, make sure to sign up now! Your elo does not matter, as players range from 700 to 2900. If you enjoy Age of Empires and only want to play certain maps, you'll definitely enjoy your time here.
