After an amazingly close match between Hearttt and Sebastian with Sebastian advancing to the semifinals in his match against Liereyy tomorrow, we now have the upcoming battle between the titans. Both Viper and Yo have been in the scene for more than 10 years, providing amazing matches for viewers alike. The Odeon Luxe will definitely treat us the same way, starting with an amazing match between both of them.

Stonedrift

Viper went for an early transport drop without Yo noticing. In return, he tries to focus all the water. However, viper is pushing with men at arms and archers, pushing against land. Viper managed to get a bit of control over his gold, forcing him to place a defensive tower. As a result, viper now also took over the water. Both players heading towards castle age at the same time. An aggressive tower at Yo's gold is now also up, trying to get rid of it with only his villagers.

Yo managed to recover amazingly, now contesting water with turtle ships and getting rid of Vipers villagers. Viper dropped another 5 villagers on Yo island and Yo answered with a tower / barracks push. Both players attempting a potential base trade, with a 26/2 eco k/d for Viper.

Viper manage to keep agression up on Yo's island and also converted his rocket cart on the other island. Due to missing wood, the town center goes down and Yo instantly rebuilds it. Viper managed to get rid of Yo on his island, while Viper still has a small base available on his.

Viper on his way to Imperial Age while Yo is nowhere close due to missing food and calls the GG once he advanced. 1-0.

Vulpine

Both players opening up with a standard archer opening into fast castle. Both players just trading kills here and there, both evened out at 13 minutes into the game. Yo transitioned into triple town center, Viper only on a single one. Yo goes for a defensive castle to counter Vipers extreme aggression, now with a 10 eco lead. Viper is slowly transitioning into triple TC, but Yo is already fully producing.

Viper now starts raiding with cavalary archers and a successful transition, managing to come back slowly. The game went into a stalemate, as both players have made it to Imperial Age. 30 minutes ingame, no major forward position for anybody. Trebuchets are now coming into play.

With a dual-stream on both sides, Yo ramps up aggression. Viper took control of the middle early, gaining some additional resources every tick. Yo wants to castle drop the tower of london now. Yo keeps the aggression up, losing 1 castle potentially pushing into his base, momentum all on his side. Second castle dead, now transitioning into Vipers production and he calls the GG. 1-1, evened out.

Thames

Both players tried an early wall up, but Viper goes full all-in into feudal age with upgraded scouts. 6 villagers lost through a rush, but Yo is going fast castle in return. Viper is roughly 2 minutes behind. Game stalemated shortly, until Yo took up the speed and mixes rocket carts with cavalary archers, already massing up a decent 20 in front of Vipers base. Viper tries to go for an aggressive castle losing a lot of villagers in the mean time, leading to a 20 villager loss but a transition towards imperial age. Yo just 1 1/2 minutes behind him.

Yo's map setup looks amazing though. He has secured the southern parts and continues with the raids. Both players playing around their trebuchets, leading to lost castles. Both are now transitioning into post-impterial age with full upgrades. Viper lost control over the gold, leading to Viper calling it GG. 2-1.

Crownwood

Early walls from both players, but Viper went for an extremely early push. Siege Workshop including huge archer amount. Yo reached castle age, but through the extremely early push he did not have enough options to defend, leading to an early GG after just 10:39 ingame time. That was now the fastest game in the tournament. 10:39!

Glacis

Both players going for a really early fast castle at minute 7, no initial aggression at all. Yo managed to block early water aggresion by blocking his access with double docks. Yo transitioned into hand cannons against Vipers skirmishers and a demolition ship managed to find a few villagers.

Viper slowly manages to gather the upper hand, leading into a 25 eco advantage. Both players fight around the middle. Monks, elephants and hand cannons are all thrown into the mix. His small eco advantage then jumped up high to almost 50 after winning 1 major fight, going to imperial time at minute 26 with Yo being nowhere near due to his unit cost.

Both players went with aggressive castles and canceled them right after each other, just to return to another location and castle there again. Yo calling the gg after seeing Viper went to Imperial Age. 3-2 for him. Matchpoint.

Dorothea Quarry

Yo went for a huge wall to start the game, Viper aiming for initial aggression. Early castle age for Yo, Viper is coming a bit later, however Yo managed to wall everything off so far. Yo is transitioning into cavalary archers, while Viper goes for crossbows. An aggressive push by viper managed to get rid of all of the CA, losing potential critical mass. With 2 great raids Yo managed to kill 8 villagers, giving him a 10 villager lead in total.

A fight in the middle opened up the game for Yo to drop another aggressive castle in Vipers base, slowly but surely pushing into his base. Yo has now a mass of another 21 cavalary archers again. Viper managed to find a small hole in his base, now getting a few extra villagers kills in the eco.

Viper is booming with a triple town center behind the lines, while Yo is only on two. Slowly getting back another eco advantage. One town center is now destroyed and Yo got his 3rd town center pulled up. Both players with constant raids. Viper is now slowly using his momentum he had, giving Yo the upper age even though he is still in castle age. Viper managed to age up. However, Yo taps out and calls the GG! VIPER IS THROUGH!
